PhraZor Taze

Game night is about relaxing with the people you care about… unless you’re playing PhraZor Taze, the high-voltage word-guessing game where failure comes with shocking consequences!

Like Shizap, PhraZor Taze cranks up the intensity on a popular game genre with anxiety-inducing electric shocks. Unlike its predecessor, all of the shocks in PhraZor Taze are optional. The PhraZor Taze handle will only shock you if you hold it at a specific spot, allowing pain-averse players to join in on the fun without having to risk physical punishment.

When it's your turn to hold the device, you'll receive a secret phrase, like "apple pie" or "bus route." Your challenge is to give verbal clues to your team without saying the phrase itself–something like, "a dessert, round, fruit-flavored." If your team guesses "apple pie" before the time runs out, you'll pass the handle to the enemy team, and they'll have to do the same thing. Whichever team is left holding the device when time expires loses the round, but whichever player is holding it gets an extra punishment in the form of a potent electric shock!

PhraZor Taze features three shock levels, ranging from “just enough to scare you” to “makes your whole arm spasm!” If that still isn’t enough, there’s also a Roulette Mode for true maniacs, where you forget all about word-association and just take turns randomly shocking yourselves until there’s only one player left.
