If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund.

You are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error in shipping.

  • Please note that food items cannot be returned.
  • If an order is returned due to an insufficient or invalid address, we may deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
  • If the product is returned and it is not in its original condition (including all packaging), we may deduct up to a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

Exchanges

We cannot exchange any product if it has been opened. Also, we cannot accept exchanges on food items.
